We Schedule Your Test

Our team enters the order into a secure system and schedules your appointment at the nearest eScreen clinic. All DOT tests must be scheduled through us to ensure compliance.

Driver Receives ePassport

The driver gets an email or text with their ePassport, which includes directions and testing requirements.

Driver Visits The Assigned Clinic

At the scheduled appointment, the driver shows their ID and ePassport. A urine specimen is collected, and all details are recorded digitally (no paper forms where available).

Secure Lab Testing & Review

The specimen is tested at a DOT-certified laboratory. A Medical Review Officer reviews results if needed.

Results Reported Automatically
